Due to very high demand and order volume, orders can take up to 10 - 14 days to be delivered. However, most orders are delivered within 7 - 10 days. All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 - 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.

You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and include proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact play.ahead.store@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to Lg Portagem, nº18, 3ºdto. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for assistance.

Exceptions
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
Return the item first, then place a new order for the replacement.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
EU customers can return items within 14 days for any reason, as long as they meet the return conditions.

Refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. If you haven’t received it within 15 business days, contact us.
